Refund & Return Policy

Since we custom make each product, we only accept an exchange/return if you have received the wrong product or if it is damaged within 14 days of purchase.

To process an exchange or return please email us at with your order details, the reason for the return, and a picture of the wrong/damaged product.

Upon receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. Upon receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your Refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of the refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.
